Octoberfest

 Celebrating Octoberfest:

Roast pork loin; Dijon style, coarse ground mustard (black mustard seed), roast pork glace, cream, and white wine sauce; spaetzle; beet salad; braised, house made, sauerkraut with juniper berries.    

It was not the wurst.
