Favorite dishes. We all have them. You know, the dish we go back to time and time again. This is one of mine. Steel head trout on a room temperature Middle Eastern style salad. Sautéed Riverence Steel head trout seasoned with Za'atar, on room temperature salad of Pearl couscous, cucumber, feta cheese, tomato, kalamata olive, roasted pine nut, pepperoncini peppers and mint (olive oil and lemon). This was served with Nan E-barbari (not shown).
