  Pâté de Campagne.   Four flavors of pâté from one base recipe.   Left to right: plain, black peppercorn, pistachio, and green peppercorn.    Each flavor is delightful.   It is nice to have variety!   This is a relatively lean pâté that uses only the naturally occurring fat in the meat.
