Rainbow trout roe on blini with sour cream, minced red onion, and capers. Roe is often thought of as being only useful for garnishing a dish. It may be time to change the narrative. This rainbow trout roe is delightful. It has a very nice crisp texture and delightfully fresh flavor. I am looking forward to incorporating it into a few more dishes.
