Rainbow Trout with Lemon Beurre Blanc

 

Riverence Rainbow Trout; lemon beurre blanc with capers and roasted red bell pepper; farro with roasted pine nuts and sauteed asparagus.

Sometimes, going old school is good thing.  This dish was very satisfying.
